Site Manager

Job Title: Working Site Manager (Multi-Trade)

Locations:

• 1 x Manchester area

• 1 x Bristol area
  (Must be willing to travel and work away when required)

Start Date:

• End of February / Beginning of March

Contract Type:

• Freelance / Subcontract

• Either:

  • Paid directly by the client, or

  • Engaged freelance through us

Overview:

Our client is looking to appoint two experienced Working Site Managers to support an ongoing programme of refurbishment works for NatWest and other fit out schemes.

These are small refurbishment projects, typically up to £100k in value, requiring hands-on Site Managers who are comfortable working on the tools as well as managing site activity. 

This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidates, with consistent work across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of refurbishment projects

• Hands-on involvement on the tools where required

• Coordinating trades and ensuring works are completed safely and to programme

• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site documentation

Trade Experience Required:

Candidates must be multi-skilled, ideally with experience in:

• Ceiling works

• Basic joinery (e.g. hanging doors)

• Assisting with fitting panelling in washrooms

Essential Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card

• First Aid at Work

• SSSTS or SMSTS

• Proven experience in refurbishment projects

• Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required

• Strong communication and organisational skills

Rates:

• £250 - £290 per shift

Duration:

• Long-term ongoing work for suitable candidates
